Does receiving an RFE mean my O-1 petition is likely to fail?

An RFE is a Request for Evidence. Receiving one alone does not determine the final result, which depends on eligibility, evidence and the response to the concerns raised. Obtain the complete notice, distinguish missing documents from insufficient evidence or eligibility concerns, and organize the response and exhibits. Follow the deadline and submission instructions in your notice. Have an immigration lawyer review complex responses.
