How do I compare my own company, another employer and a U.S. agent as petitioner?

Start with the actual work arrangement: who you will work for, what you will do, for how long and whether multiple work providers are involved. Your own company, another employer and a U.S. agent must each be assessed for their role and supporting documents. A U.S. agent is a role within the immigration petition structure, not the same as a lawyer, and does not authorize any work you choose. Select a structure that supports the real plan.
