How should I ask about legal fees, RFE fees and refiling fees?

Ask for more than a total price. Confirm whether drafting, consultation opinions, translation, government fees, premium processing, RFE responses, refiling and interview preparation are included, and what triggers extra charges. Ask about deliverables, preparation time, final draft review and refund terms. Fees should be based on the current agreement and service scope.
