Not necessarily. Do not assume the notice will explain each accepted category, or infer that every claim was accepted from approval alone. An RFE or other official document may explicitly discuss some categories. Track claims submitted, categories explicitly accepted and matters not individually disclosed in the final notice so later statements remain accurate.
